Kandis
Samuels is part of the 2004-2006 US-2 Missionary Class. She serves
at Hampden Family Center and HWRMW in Baltimore, MD.
After-school programs are arguably the most valuable childcare programs
available. Many school-age children have parents who work and they
need a safe, secure, and supportive place to be while parents finish
their work after the school day has ended.

"Taking care of your body builds your self-esteem. God loves all children
and God's desire is for them to love and respect themselves," Donna
says. "Plus obesity is a serious problem and as Christians we need
to support each other in living healthy lifestyles. "
