One last tornado response project to complete
in the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference -
skilled volunteers needed!

This project is to build a house in Wichita for a woman who lost her home in the tornado last May. There have been several delays and obstacles to overcome in getting this house built. Finally we are at a point that we are beginning construction. The delays caused some skilled workers the Oklahoma Conference UMVIM had lined up to go to other projects. Skilled workers are needed over the next couple of months.

Call ahead to know what tools to bring and what you'll be doing. If teams are staying nights, they can call the Oklahoma Conference UMVIM Office, tel (405) 525-2252, ext.109 or 123,  to make arrangements to stay at a local church at $3-$4 a night.

Completion of this project is based on the level of experience and length of stay of the skilled workers who can come help. We appreciate even one day of your time if that is all you can give.

Call or fax Charlene St. John at the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference Office, tel (405) 632-2006, fax (405) 632-0209.
