For the children who are our neighbors here and abroad.  Keep them safe, Creator God, and guide us as we work to protect them – no matter who they are, where they live, what their skin color, how they worship, or what their economic status.  May we be examples for them so that they may learn about your love and grace; so that they may grow in a world of peace with justice; and so they may be valued as one of your children.  May Jesus’ life serve as our example.  Amen.
