Here is the formula for figuring these amounts: Take the total Women’s Division budget amount (see January Response) and divide by 365 for the one-day amount. Divide that amount by 24 for the one-hour amount. Divide that amount by 60 for the one-minute amount. Divide that amount by 60 for the one-second amount. Multiply the one-minute amount by 5 for the five-minutes amount.
