American Hotel and Motel Association - Provides practical guides for going "green" such as "Green Rooms in the Lodging Industry", "Recycling and Source Reduction for the Lodging Industry", "Environmental Action Pack for Hotels". Excellent resource library on environmental practices and trends in the industry.

Chlorine Free Products Association - Friendly staff will answer questions about environmental issues related to chlorine use and help you locate chlorine-free product manufacturers and distributors.

Green Hotels Association - Helps locate environmentally responsible properties and provides information on environmental responsibility to member properties and planners. Web site lists member hotels and offers a meeting planner’s questionnaire that can be downloaded.

HVS Eco Services - A subsidiary of Hospitality Valuation Services. Provides environmental audits and consultation for hotel properties. Provides "Ecotel" designation and directory for travelers.
