Rates and Reservations	Payment Procedures Alma Mathews House is a religious guest house/conference center that is available for use exclusively for the non-profit public. Reservations are taken within a 60-day window ONLY as of the date of your call. Payment for your reservations is due upon arrival.  You may secure your reservation by credit card.   Cash, check, traveler’s checks , MasterCard and Visa are acceptable forms of payment.  Two forms of identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.) must be presented if paying by check or traveler’s check. Cancellations must be called in two (2) weeks (14 days) of the start date of your reservation.  A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations made after the 2 week deadline.
