How to Participate

In order to begin the planning process for a seminar, you may contact the Seminar Program office at any time to discuss possible dates and topics.  Once a date is chosen, Form I should be completed and sent to the Seminar Program at least 3 months in advance with a $100 deposit to reserve the dates.  Checks should be made payable to: United Methodist Seminars. 

At least 6 weeks prior to your seminar, Form II should be completed and sent to the Seminar Program to provide us with more specific information about your group and the desired topic, content and schedule of your seminar.

If you are planning a two-city seminar, please send the forms and the deposit to the city you will visit first. Payment of the balance is due at the end of the seminar. In the event of a cancellation, the $100 deposit is forfeited.
