Lilia Fernandez

Lilia Fernandez holds a Haitian baby who has resettled in the United States with her family. Lilia was executive secretary for Refugee Ministries for the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), a unit of the General Board of Global Ministries, until she retired in 2002.
