   a Catholic Benedictine preparatory school, Evangel College, a liberal arts Assemblies of God school,   Princeton Theological Seminary (M. Div),    Duke University
(Th. M), and is a Doctor of
Ministry candidate at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. 

He has served as pastor at Cavanaugh United Methodist in Fort Smith, Arkansas, as an associate pastor at Providence United Methodist
in Charlotte, and as the pastor at Bethany United Methodist Church in West Jefferson, North Carolina.  He is currently the pastor of Central UMC, Canton, NC.
