   The Service Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, is the distribution center for printed and audiovisual resources of the General Board of Global Ministries. Postage and Handling-- Free items: 50 or less, add $3.50; 51 - 400, add $4.50; over 400 - add $1.50 per 100. Sale items: add $4.65 to orders of up to $25; $5.75 to orders of $25.01-$60; $7.00 to orders of $60.01-$100; or 6.5% to orders over $100. Ohio residents add 6% sales tax. If billing is preferred, $1.50 billing fee is charged. For shipments of large quantities of free or extremely heavy materials, there may be an additional charge.
