A Full Process Consultation is a process
for Strategic Development generally on the District level. In this
process a consultant will work with key individuals within your
area to develop a plan for growth. The Full Process Consultation
provides Church Books (described on this page) to every congregation
in your region. The consultant will work with the District to identify
areas for new church starts, church revitalization, church relocation
and necessary mergers. $8000
A District Snap Shot is a one-time consultation
for any district wishing to discover church alignment needs for
their area. The consultation will use both the District Book and
large format thematic maps as tools for discussion. $3000
An Annual Conference Snap Shot is a one-time
consultation designed to help Annual Conferences in a number of
ways. the Research Office is willing to assist you to identify key
areas and prioritize districts for further study. Price based on
scope of request.
The District Book is a tool that is based
on all of the zip codes in your District. This book has a unique
methodology for identifying the dynamics of each community within
your region. It will identify the number of churches serving that
zip code and lists how those churches have responded to their community.
It is geared to focus attention to particular areas for new church
starts, church revitalization, relocation, and mergers. It also
will identify the ethnic churches in your District and determine
the need for ethnic ministries within your region. The District
Book is included in all Strategic Development Projects. $4.00
Area Maps are distributed with the District
Book. These 24" x 36" maps of your region provide detailed
information including zip codes, towns, streets, rivers and highways.
It will also have the location of every church on each map with
a worship attendance indicator. A detailed base map will be accompanied
by nine maps with thematic overlays.
