Harare, Zimbabwe: Chirpo Makowi Fandera cares for kids who have dumped on the streets by their HIV-positive parents or by teenagers who couldn't care for them. She earns money to feed the children by selling soap and firewood. Here she talks with Dr. Maguise, her son-in-law, about one of her kids whom he has just examined.
