Edinah, Zimbabwe: Innocent (left) and Audrey, both orphans, walk with their caretaker Margaret, who is blind. Because of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, many women have been touched by the plight of children who have been orphaned. They volunteer their homes and whatever else they have to care for them.
