New World Outlook takes a look at the global issue of refugees, displaced persons, and worldwide migration. This special issue is designed to be used with the 1998-99 Ecumenical Mission Study on Refugees and Global Migration. New World Outlook examines the conditions that create refugees, refugees' stories, and the kinds of actions that United Methodists can take to help these special sojourners in our world.
