Brief Description of Ministry:
Each week volunteers from SonRise United Methodist Church read with residents of the Youthful Offender Systems in Pueblo, Colorado. The inmate chooses a book that is appropriate for his child and reads it into a tape recorder. The tape and book are then sent to the child. Books, tapes, and supplies are provided by the local United Methodist Churches.
