Brief Description of Ministry:
The After Care Ministry receives referrals from the Church of the Damascus Road at the Fort Dodge State Correctional Facility. The After Care team of 7 members pairs with the person reentering the community. The Team provides counsel, friendship, rides, and help getting employment, housing and relocation. The Team is paired for 1 year after initial release.
