ELCA affiliated ecumenically shared congregation of the Western Iowa Synod EOCA. Exists inside the walls of the North Central Correctional Facility in Rockwell City, Iowa and in the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Began in August 1997 in NCCF and in April 1998 in FDCF. Is a parish ministry with Outside Church Council and two Inside Church Councils.
