The International Youth Conference for Mission, a 9-day Christian mission encounter for 16- and 17-year-old youth has been exciting, learning-filled, and memorable!
More than 150 youth attended this event, but first went through an extensive application process. They wrote essays, submitted letters of recommendation, and signed covenants to participate. They represented the world with more than 60 kids coming from countries in Latin America, Africa, and Europe.
The General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church sponsored the event and covered all of the expenses of participants. It was held at the Geneva Point Center in Center Harbor, New Hampshire.
