United Methodist Women is a membership organization comprising close to one million members across the United States. Interrelated with the Women's Division, the division's pupose includes advocacy for women and children; building supportive communities among women; and Engagement in activities that foster growth in the Christian faith, mission education, and Christian social involvement. Located at our headquarter office, the Technical Database/Training Manager is responsible for providing management to Women's Division National Mission Institutions. Primary focus includes 1)oversight of timely reporting by institutions; 2)development and maintenance of website and database; 3)assistance with budgets and internal audits; 4)management and development of training program; and 5)monitoring and evaluation. Some travel required; flexibility to work long hours and weekends.
The ideal candidate possesses computer proficiency in Windows environment appropriate to position; proficiency in database management systems; excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work; proven experience with training; and ability to think things through and see the bigger picture.

Five (5) years experience managing grant associated projects; experience with website management (content development); proficiency with database systems and management; experience in all aspects of accounting and be well versed in budget management; and management of training programs.
