This page uses pop-up boxes for you to view scripture passages or other information. Pop-up boxes are new little windows that "pop up" when you click on a link. Most of the boxes on a single page are joined together. That means if you do not close the first small window that opens, all of the information related to that page will pop-up in the same box. Note! The little window does not close unless you close it. It minimizes when your mouse clicks back onto the main page. You have to click on the minimized window to see a new scripture passage. Some will prefer to close the box each time; others will like the convenience of keeping the same window open.
1. Click on this link and see what happens. A scripture verse about Faith, Hope, and Love should pop up.
2. Close the box by:
3. After you close the box, click on this link. The same scripture verse should pop up. This time, click on the main window and watch where the scripture verse window goes when it minimizes. Find the minimized window, click on it, and it should pop back up.
If your browser does not support javascript, the boxes won't pop up at all. Upgrade if you can. If you cannot or are using a text browsers, look for alternate nonjavascript links on the page. Sometimes something called standard link will be near to the pop-up box link (javascript link); other times, especially when there are a lot of javascript links, the standard links will be all together near the map to which they refer or at the bottom of the page.
You can re-size most of the pop-up boxes, if you don't like their size.
Do this with your mouse or simply maximize the window. If you close the window you will return to the page you were reading when it popped up (unless you closed that page already.)
